Not just that, which is so important and something she is SPOT ON about, but the fact that she walks you through the entire process from A-Z and then some. She has a wealth of knowledge and shares that with you. She studies the situation, provides the pros and cons, which is SO RARE to me because most real estate agents just want to close the sale and make their commission. She is one of the trustworthy ones who, when making your offer to the seller, treats it like it’d be her own property she’s going after. She simply wants the best for you. She believes in taking care of the client because she understands, she will get referrals-and SHE DOES. She’s not in it for the short term, but for the long term and to me, you can’t get anyone better than that. She’s very genuine, quick, accessible at almost all hours of the day, flexible and quite detail oriented.
