Julia’s real estate experience started in 2007, when the market was in shambles. She’s seen it all… from market lows, selling Foreclosures and Short Sales, to market highs, selling luxury estates. Julia’s ability to understand the market comes from navigating each climate from 2007 to present. Julia’s first real estate mentor, Steve Schenkenberger, was a huge influence in the way she operates her business.
Steve was hit by a drunk driver while on a mountain bike ride. Julia started a public charity for Traumatic Brain Injury victims to help Steve’s family and other families like his. In her spare time, Julia runs a program that helps teens go through their parents’ divorce at Dana Hills High School. The light in Julia’s life is her son, Corbin, who is just as outgoing and adventurous as she is.
