What if the Dergens offered only $500 lower than the highest bidder?
What if the highest offer didn’t also submit proof of their down payment, credit scores or loan approval letter? And the Dergens did? Would you have your agent call them to ask if they can come up another $500 instead of just going straight to escrow with the other offer?
There are zillions of reasons why a seller would or wouldn’t pick an offer. Make sure you have an agent with skills… nudge nudge.
